My name is Joanne Lenham, and I am the owner and founder of PawMates Dog walking & Pet Services.

Originally from Belper, Derbyshire, I moved to Stockport when I was 19 where I have since been pursuing my passion for animals. 

With a love for animals since being young, after leaving school in 2015, I studied Animal Management at college, gaining a Level 2 Animal Management Diploma and an Advanced Level 3 Animal Management Diploma. 

Over the years I have gained a wealth of valuable work experience with animals including Kennels, Veterinary Surgeries and Zoos including Twycross Zoo, West Midlands Safari Park & Mankee Reserve in South Africa.

These experiences provided me with a great set of skills when it comes to caring for the needs of any animal. Being able to look after animals and ensuring they are continually happy is something I love doing and always will – it truly provides me with so much gratitude.
